How do I retune my Top Up TV DTR box?
All digital receivers in the UK will require to be retuned or rescanned as part of the ongoing digital switch-over project. To ensure that your box has not lost channels and has the latest channel line-up in the Guide, please follow these simple instructions:
Using the DTR remote control unit:
1. Press Menu
2. Press Set-up (4)
3. Press Scan for Channels (1)
4. Press Green button (Start channel scan)
The scan will take approximately 8 minutes to complete and when finished, the message ‘Scan Complete’ will be shown at the bottom of the screen. To return to viewing TV, simply press the ‘Live TV’ button.

Please note: If you have a Top Up TV DTR using the 14 day guide, then after you have completed the channel re-scan it will take up to 24 hours for your full channel listings to re-appear on your box but all channels including channel 5 are available to view immediately.
Note: If you receive digital TV and Top Up TV channels like ESPN via another type of digital receiver (set top box or Freeview TV+CAM unit) you will need to re-scan the box or TV respectively. Again you do this by using the set top box or Freeview TV on screen menu options. If you are unsure how to do this then you should refer to your user manual for full instructions.
