What to do if you are having Problems with the Guide
Purge VOD - Applies to all box
types
If you are not receiving
downloads, experiencing problems with recording series links or do not have a
full 14 day or 8 day guide of listings, please ensure that you have left the
box on standby for 48 hours to allow the DTR to prepare itself to receive
nightly downloads.
If you have done this then please
try the following procedure.
Purge VOD schedule
•
Press
the guide button.
•
Press the green
button for ‘go to day’.
•
If a full guide is
not showing up then this is why you are experiencing problems.
•
Press the menu
button.
•
Scroll down to
Option 4 and press OK.
•
Scroll down to
Option 6 and press OK.
•
In the help menu
press 1397 on the remote control quickly and in sequence.
•
Scroll down to the
‘Purge VOD Schedule’ option and press OK.
•
Remember the DTR
must be either on or left in standby at all times to receive the EPG and
programme downloads.
•
The guide will update at the next scheduled slot. (Between 11am and 12
noon daily)
