Don't miss: Arsenal v West Ham Utd
Yet another exclusively live Barclays Premier League game for ESPN viewers to enjoy, and a Saturday tea-time treat. As with so many top-flight fixtures during March, this is a match of immense importance at both ends of the table. Arsenal remain on the fringes of the title chase, but with enough talent in their squad to make a late bid for glory. West Ham meanwhile, desperately need the points to survive.

Tue 16 Mar 7:00PM
Florida Panthers v Washington Capitals
Ice-hockey isn't the first sport that you'd instantly associate with 'the sunshine state', and so perhaps it should come as little surprise that the Panthers have experienced a truly underwhelming NHL season; losing a full thirty matches before even February was out. The Capitals meanwhile, are enjoying an inspired campaign and will expect to win here tonight.
Sun 21 Mar 2:00PM
AC Milan v Napoli
One of the world soccer stories of 2009/10 has been AC Milan’s astonishing return to form – under controversial Brazilian coach Leonardo – after an appalling start to their campaign. The Rossoneri have enjoyed an astonishing run of wins – and points – to make them the dark horses in this season’s title chase; closing up on their neighbours Inter Milan and Jose Mourinho. AC will need to win today against Champions League chasing Napoli.
Sun 21 Mar 7:45PM
Sampdoria v Juventus
Juve’s disappointing Serie A season hit an all-time low on February’s final Sunday, when the ‘Old Lady’ crashed to a 2-0 home defeat by unfashionable Palermo. A big-name new coach this summer now seems a certainty, but there is still pride to play for in what remains of 2009/10. A visit to Sampdoria is no easy away trip though – with both of these sides now fighting it out for a Europa League place.
Wed 24 Mar 7:15PM
St Mirren v Celtic
Celtic’s late-February, injury-time defeat at Rangers seemed to hand their rivals the 2010 SPL title, but Tony Mowbray’s men will surely keep on battling until their task becomes mathematically impossible. A win tonight in Paisley is essential, and this is just the type of fixture which Robbie Keane will surely expect to plunder a few goals from. St. Mirren, meanwhile, need a win to safeguard their SPL status.
Thu 25 Mar 8:00AM
Richmond Tigers v Carlton Blues
Now, how about this as an alternative to pastel-coloured sofas or the sound of politicians avoiding answering a question? Early-rising sports fans have a TV treat to look forward to on Thursdays, with exclusively live coverage of all-action Aussie Rules football. An unexpected TV hit in Britain during the 1980s and 90’s on Channel 4, these matches are even more compelling when enjoyed live from Australia.
Thu 25 Mar 7:45PM
Napoli v Juventus
They might not yet have matched their dizzy heights of twenty years ago, when Maradona and Careca made their sky-blue shirt a world fashion accessory (whilst forming planet Earth’s most potent attacking force), but Napoli have recently re-established themselves as a force in Serie A. They’ll hope to take full advantage this evening of their visitors’ recent poor form. Exclusively live action.
Fri 26 Mar 12:30AM
San Antonio Spurs v Cleveland Cavaliers
ESPN’s Friday night NBA basketball matches have proved a real hit; with tip-off time often ideally schedule at the point where Friday evening ends and Saturday morning begins. Tonight’s match is well worth making the effort to stay up for. The Cleveland Cavaliers maintained their spot at the head of Eastern Conference – above the Boston Celtics – all the way through February, but face a tough trip tonight to the Spurs.
