How can I make changes to my current Top Up TV subscription package?

Call our Customer Services team on 08444 159 159 and they'll be happy to help. We're open from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week.

How can I make any other changes to my account?

You can send us an email to enquiries@topuptv.com. Please include your viewing card number, name and address details in your email correspondence.

I want another person to be able to make changes to my account.

If you would like someone else to be able to make changes to your Top Up TV account, or simply to discuss the details held, they must be named on the account. Call Customer Services on 08444 159 159 and they will be able to add a named person on your account.

How can I change my payment details including billing date?

What payment methods do you accept?

In addition to Direct Debit we accept payments made by the following credit/debit cards:
