I have received a 'New Service' or 'Service Removed' message from Top Up TV, what do these mean?

If you have received one of the messages below, please follow these instructions:

'New TUTV Anytime Service!
A new TUTV Anytime service, XXXX, is now available. However, there is insufficient disk space to activate the service at this time. If you wish to receive programming for XXXX, please remove any unwanted recordings from your Library or alternatively disable one or more other Anytime services from the Choose Your Channels screen. Once space has been freed the service may be activated from the Choose Your Channels screen.'

This means that there isn't enough disk space on your hard drive. In order to select programming from this channel you will need to delete content from your library:
1. Press Menu
2. Press Programme Library (2)
3. Highlight the programme then press the BLUE button on the remote control to delete

Or de-select a channel:
1. Press Menu
2. Press Choose  Your Channels
3. Turn each of the unwanted channels from On to Off by highlighting the channel and then pressing the RED button on the remote control


'New TUTV Anytime service!
A new TUTV Anytime service, XXXX, is now available. To receive programmes for XXXX, please activate the service from the Choose Your Channels screen.'

1. Press Menu
2. Press Choose  Your Channels
3. Turn the channel from Off to On by highlighting the channel and then pressing the RED button on the remote control


'TUTV Anytime service removed!
The TUTV Anytime service, XXXX, is no longer available and has been removed from your box. Please note that the removal of this service will not affect any saved recordings in your library.'

This is a service message and you do not need to do anything.
