I have a Top Up TV box, but do not subscribe to TV Favourites:

1. Press Menu 
2. Press Choose  Your Channels / Customise Top Up TV (5)
3. Turn each of the channels from On to Off by highlighting the channel and then pressing the RED button on the remote control

I subscribe to TV Favourites:

You will need to delete content from your library:

1. Press Menu
2. Press Programme Library (2)
3. Highlight the programme then press the BLUE button on the remote control to delete

Or de-select a channel:

1. Press Menu
2. Press Choose  Your Channels / Customise Top Up TV (5)
3. Turn each of the unwanted channels from On to Off by highlighting the channel and then pressing the RED button on the remote control
