Should I leave my box switched on when it's not in use?

Yes. The Top Up TV box is designed to be left on standby (Red lamp) when you are not watching TV. When in standby, your box will still make all of your planned recordings as well as uploading Top Up TV Favourites to your library.

Please do not switch off your box at the wall socket, as this will prevent the box from making planned recordings, receiving Top Up TV programme downloads and TV guide updates.
