I'm getting a message saying that I have disk space allocated to providers that I don’t subscribe to. What does this mean?
Your box is pre-set with some channel providers already selected, from Top Up TV's TV Favourites package. If you do not subscribe to our services, then you will need to access the ‘Choose your Providers’ screen to de-select these channels. This will free up disk space on your box for use on your own recordings.
