How long does my DTR take to arrive, after I have ordered it?
The DTR will usually be despatched 1-2 working days after the order is received. It will then arrive within 2 working days. If you have not received your DTR 7 days after you ordered it, then please give Customer Services a call.
How will my DTR be delivered?
Your DTR will be delivered by DPD, to the delivery address that you have given.
Will the courier company DPD require a signature upon delivery?
Yes, someone will need to sign to take delivery of the DTR.
What happens if there is no-one at the address when DPD arrive?
DPD will attempt delivery. If they are not successful, they will leave a notification card. After 2 further unsuccessful attempts your DTR will be returned to Top Up TV.
Can I track my delivery online?
Yes, give Customer Services a call and they will be able to provide you with a delivery tracking number.
