When you first set-up your box, depending on when you connected and subscribed, it can take up to 24 hours for your library to be populated with the first TV Favourites programme content. So you may not see the TV Favourites library content until the day after set-up. Your box will then add content each night building to a full library after 7 days after which the box will add and remove content to keep you library refreshed. You can however choose to save unwatched items to prevent the box removing them.

If you have waited 24 hours but are still not receiving TV Favourites downloads into your library then please check:

1. that your Top Up TV viewing card is inserted correctly:
    - Thomson box - insert as arrow direction on card and with the gold chip
       facing down
    - All other box types -  insert as arrow direction on card and with the gold 
      chip facing up

2. that your viewing card is correctly entitled to  receive TV Favourites content. After first setting the box up and subscribing you have to tune to channel 16, for at least 1 hour without moving off the channel, to receive the activation signals.
