Activating your viewing packs
1. Remove any sticky stuff from the back of your card (being careful not to bend it) and keeping it clean and dry.
2. Put it into the slot on the front of your Top Up TV box following the direction of the arrow.
For Thomson boxes - gold chip should face down.

3. Now turn to Channel 16 (QVC) and leave your box on this channel for an hour. Our techies will then do the clever bit and switch your card on.
Once we've switched your card on you'll have lots more great TV to choose from.
Please note: if you have subscribed to TV Favourites or movies on PictureBox as part of your package, it will take up to 48 hours for your programmes to appear.
