What to do: if you have problems with the remote control
First, make sure the DTR button on your Remote Control handset is selected.
Does the DTR button flash red when you press it? If it does, this indicates communication between the box and Remote Control handset is fine.
If not, the Remote Control handset may need new batteries. If the batteries are definitely OK and the indicator on the front panel of the box doesn't flash when you press the DTR button on the remote control handset then next check if the box responds to the manual buttons on the front panel of the box.
If the box responds to the front panel buttons (e.g. pressing the Menu button) but not with the remote control then please give Customer Services a call on 08444 159 159.
