What to do if you are missing channels on the Guide
Rescan
for Channels - Applies to all boxes
To scan for channels, please complete the following procedure:-
Channel scan:-
•
Press the menu button.
•
Scroll down to Option 4 and press OK.
•
Select Option 1, scan for channels, and press OK.
• Press the green button to start a
channel scan.
This
should re-install the Top Up TV software and all Freeview channels.
